The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and enhance operations across our two San Francisco locations. This role is ideal for a leader with a passion for fashion, a sharp sales instinct, and a talent for creating exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Leadership & Operations
- Support store leadership to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics and develop strategies to improve results.
- Partner with leadership to manage inventory, markdowns, and product feedback.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of associates.
- Set daily goals, manage schedules, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Customer Experience
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional, personalized service to a diverse clientele.
- Address customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising
- Uphold visual standards for product displays, seasonal campaigns, and store presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and inspiring shopping environment.
Event Coordination
- Partner with Store Leaders to plan and execute in-store events to engage the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in retail or operations management, with experience leading a team.
- A passion for fashion, personal style, and client-focused selling.
- Strong leadership skills: motivating teams, giving feedback, and driving results.
- Proven ability to manage operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- Tech-savvy with experience in retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel between SF store locations.
